:icontaleasenaid:

:bulletblue:Name:
 Di'mya (dee- myah)
:bulletblue:Age: 25
:bulletblue:Gender: Female
:bulletblue:Height: 5'6'' or 167cm
:bulletblue:Race: Rosvir
Rosvir don't tend to grow that tall, and Di'mya is considered one of the taller of her kind. They look human but can be identified by their horns, and hair/eye colours. They each have 6 horns, one pair being the shortest, one being the longest, and one in between. The length of the horns doesn't have to go from smallest to largest, and can very well go long short medium, or other formations like that. (Note; the horns are always symmetrical, they can't be mismatched) The horns are attached to their skulls, and are made of bone. Rosvir have incredibly strong bones, so seeing one with damaged horns is beyond rare.
The hair colours of Rosvir tend to be entirely in light shades, though never quite white. The only eye colours found on Rosvir are shades of green, blue, and yellow.
Rosvir used to be known for their natural talent at magic, but lost the ability to use it at the incident of Atiya 300 years ago.

:bulletblue:World: Anerin
World History; Anerin is 95% water, and has a small land mass similar to pangea. There are only two species on this world, both of which have been in some form of conflict for as long as living memory serves due to difference ideals. A temporary alliance was formed close to 300 years ago due to the mutual threat of dark creatures emerging from forests and destroying everything in their path. During this alliance, 13 of the most powerful Rosvir mages gathered together to seal these creatures within the largest mountain in Anerin, mount Atiya. In exchange for the deal, the entire Rosvir race traded their ability to do magic, and the 13 mages lost their lives. The Rosvir had to make various changed to their lives to accommodate for the new lack of magic, but managed nevertheless. For years afterwards, now that the mutual threat was out of the way, tensions rose again between the two races of Anerin once more, and the nation was in constant threat of a war breaking out. The tensioned remained high for the next 300 years, with only small fights breaking out, but never a full out war, until mount Atiya began showing some concerning signs. The ground began to tremble, and a black smoke clouded the sky. After 24 hours of this, the mountain erupted, killing everyone anywhere near Atiya via pyroclastic surges, and the creatures sealed within were released. So much dust and ash was sent into the atmosphere that that the sun was blocked out, trapping the small nation into a volcanic winter with no end in sight. As people of both races began to die left right and center, a new solution needed to be found to aid survival. The end solution was very unfortunate for the Rosvir, however. Being a race with incredibly strong bones, the idea came up that their bones could be forged into weapons and tools, and give them the upper hand. For 2 years, Rosvir were going missing, but the reason was never known why. Though the Rosvir people began to feel suspicion towards the other race, though nothing could ever be proved. The next year, during the Rosvir's annual festival of moonlight, also known as the festival of peace, their entire culture was wiped out in a single night after all the villages were ambushed, and everyone inside killed. With the fall of the Rosvir people, the remaining species was able to expand their hunting grounds, and forge better weapons and tools for survival, lowering their death toll.

Magic in Anerin:
The only type of magics available to use for the two humanoid species in this word are scripted (Primarily for Rosvir) and Guided. When Rosvir were still able to use magic, Scripted magic was fairly common, and almost everyone was able to use it. Guided magic, however belonged only to the other species in the world.

:bulletblue:History:
Di'mya had a normal life as the daughter of a huntress and a farmer. She grew up living in the complex cave works made into the side of cliffs, as many Rosvir do. Rosvir villages tend to be very close knit, and the term that it takes a village to raise a child heavily applied. Majority of her childhood took place within the age of peace, where all the creatures were still sealed within Mount Atiya. When she was 15, however the mountain erupted, setting everything free. Her community, thankfully was just outside the reaches of the Pyroclastic flows and ashfall, and was spared. concerned for the other Rosvir communities located closer to the eruption site, a large portion of Di'mya's community (Including the young Di'mya herself) set out to try and find survivors, but were greeted only by the creatures that had escaped, and rubble buried under volcanic debris. They were forced to turn back, and were unable to find any survivors.
As time past, and the eternal winter set in, things only got more and more difficult for Di'mya and her community. She too had to take on a lot of the workload that came with gathering food, and without magic to grow crops like the other race could, things looked grim.

3 years into the winter, her community was barely making it by with as few casualties annually as they could manage. On the Festival of moonlight that year, everything was going as usual. Di'mya and her immediate family stayed in the town instead of going to to hunt and look for food, as was the custom, and as such the more harmless forest creatures had flooded the shadowy parts of the city to investigate what was going on.  Unfortunately that was the night everything went wrong. Her community was ambushed, and everyone either killed or left dying on the ground. Di'mya was left dying as various types of magics flooded the area, and screams echoed in the air. From the dark corner in the room, was one of the forest creatures who had also been wounded in the ambush. To survive, the creature formed a bond with Di'mya to keep both of their cores from dying out, linking them together. After the ambush squad made sure nobody was left moving, they left to bring in the gatherers of the corpses. Taking this chance, Di'mya fled.

Di'mya learned not long after that the creature's name was Khalder, and that through him she'd been able to survive. Through the next few years of her life, Khalder taught her how to fight to survive, and how to use magic through him. 5 years later, Di'mya made her first appearance in front of the remaining race, though not in any way of peace. She initially tried to sneak into the city, but was caught trying to steal the weapons and tools made from Rosvir bones. She was forced to flee, however and only managed to get away with a few of the weapons. Over the next 5 years, she learned different illusions and tricks to make herself appear more dangerous than thought before, and being a Rosvir who was using magic only worked more in her favour. She raided the remaining cities, all of which kept themselves alive though magically assisting plant growth, would take all the weapons and tools, the food she needed and anything else, and would return to what was left of her home, and store the weapons there. Through the years her collection grew massively in size, though one day when she was heading out on her next 'mission' she felt a sickening lurch, and everything blacked out.

:bulletblue:Personality:
When Di'mya bonded with Khalder both of their personalities were affected. Di'mya, who used to be calm and meek, took on a slightly more aggressive personality, while the opposite happened to Khalder. These days she prefers listening as opposed to doing most the talking herself, and isn't too high energy. She's a hard worker, and is stubborn when it comes to calling quits. Despite her generally calm personality she can often be caught whispering sarcastic remarks under her breath, usually out of habit more than intention. She's fiercely protective over those she considers her family [which in her culture also includes close friends], and holds grudges against anyone who dare touch them. [no shit]
She has a thirst for knowledge, and is almost always in learning new things, particularly fighting styles.

She's gotten more proficient at common, but still had a habit of staying quiet unless being spoken to first. It's not that she's mean to everyone from the get go but her naturally angry looking face paired with her silence or very direct and to the point chatter often gives off the wrong impression.

:bulletblue:Abilities/weapons:
Di'mya is proficient with a shield and Axe, or Dual axes. Her weapons are actually one of the many forms Khalder is able to take on, and he can either be a shield and axe, or dual axes, but never 2 axes and a shield or 2 shields. Her shield has a blade on the bottom, giving her the ability to stab people with that, too. She specializes in crowd control more than fighting an individual of incredibly high skill.

Di'mya can also perform an array of spells through Khalder. When casting, she is rendered completely immobile, and cannot move until the spell has finished it's course. (She can't just cut a spell off early, since she has no way of doing so without any movement.) The only spells she can create are elemental based, and are usually offensive attacks. She specializes in wind magics, though those are used almost entirely for defence or illusion. (ex; whipping up the snow to look as though she's just created some sort of snow golem, which there's actually no real golem, just a crapload of wind)

The spells she casts and what they do depends entirely on the words of the spell she uses, and how powerful they are depends on her casting time. ex; Do you want the wind to swirl around you, or to flow towards something? If she casts for 30 seconds, it'll be a weak spell, if she casts for 20 minutes, it'll be a lot stronger.

The faults to her magic is that when casting right through until the spell finished it's course, she is unable to move, even if she gets an arm cut off. It leaves her wide open, and being so bad at teamwork makes it difficult to pull off safely.

:bulletblue:Aura:
A dark blue/purple that rolls like a thick mist.

:bulletblue:Additional Info:
-The symbol in the above app picture is a mark on the back of her neck, and is largely what keeps her bond to khalder from falling apart.
-If the mark gets damaged, she'll lose the bond to Khalder and they'll both die.
-If either she or Khalder is killed, the other one will die, too.
-Her reason for collecting all the bones of her people is that the other race shouldn't be allowed to thrive off the destruction of her own, and she wants to put her family back together in some odd way. This line of thought is caused by the influence Khalder has on her.
-Common is not her first language, and she's actually not too great at speaking it.
-Long hair is common in her culture, and cutting it is a huge disgrace, hence why she keeps it so long.

:bulletblue:RP Prompt: You must respond to one of these prompts depending on your character’s origin.
Bullet; WhiteNon Natives: "You suddenly woke up in one of the 3 starting worlds, with no clue why/where you are and no luggage besides the clothes you currently wear and anything you had been holding. What do you do?"

As she lay unconscious on the ground, a black mist whisped around her head, saying her name softly to try and wake her. "m....ya.......d...mya" She awoke with a start and froze. She took a moment to process what she was looking at. Were those....trees? And actual plantlife?? She looked around in shock for a moment before asking "...where.....are we?" The black mist floated beside her and said "I don't know. We're not in Anerin, though, and you're too weak for me to maintain a full physical form at the moment." She gave him a confused look. "What do you mean not in Anerin-" though the black mist had already vanished. She sighed and got up, looking around warily. One of the most notable things right off the bat was how ridiculously hot it was. Well- hot for her in her bulky winter coat, that was. Sliding off the coat she looked around. Alright. So she was in a strange summer place, with no idea who else was around, and not the slightest clue how to get out. Oddly enough though, this world already seemed slightly more inviting than the eternal winter on her own. Though she still had to try to find a way out of it, now.
